By accessing creator9.com or commissioning software engineering, web design, or creative media services from Creator9 Studios, you agree to comply with the terms detailed below.
1. Scope of Work & Deliverables
All custom software development, mobile apps, website designs, and video production work are governed by an itemized statement of work (SOW) mutually approved prior to milestone commencement.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon settlement of final project invoices, 100% of custom code, database structures, UI designs, and video deliverables are transferred to the client without licensing encumbrances.
3. Confidentiality & NDA
Creator9 Studios respects strict client confidentiality. Where an NDA is executed, client names, proprietary schemas, and project specifics remain strictly undisclosed.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
